ABOUT

A Bit of Background

Newob Outreach was born out of one man's call-to-purpose: to help others. As a football coach, it has always been important to Kwame to pour into those around him a sense of humility and to share lessons that could apply on the football field and in life. The idea of an outreach project has lived conceptually for years while Kwame personally volunteered time, collected and distributed goods for Hurricane Harvey victims in 2017, and participated in various employee volunteer events. His dream of standing up his own non-profit organization has now manifested. Beginning on Skidrow in Los Angeles, CA in April 2021, his idea blossomed into reality. The next goal is to expand to cities all over the continental United States as we grow.

Here at Newob Outreach, we are driven by a single goal - to do our part in making the world a better place for all. We are informed not by comprehensive empirical studies and high quality data evaluation but by reality. So many of our fellow-men and -women are suffering with homelessness, no clothing, hunger... a lack of basic essentials for living. Newob Outreach is courageously, committed to consistently providing support to the unhomed and under-privileged people in our communities.

We challenge YOU to join us in making a tangible difference in one person's life. Donate time, effort, hygiene products, non-perishable goods, clothes, and shoes to the Newob Outreach cause. Pledges are also accepted and we are committed to turning 100% of all monies and items received over to our communities in need. We are truly a nonprofit organization, dedicated to making life a little better for all persons!
